By creating an account or using Review Manager, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Review Manager retrieves publicly visible reviews for business locations you connect, and uses AI to generate draft replies to them.
Every reply is a draft. You review it, edit it if you want, and post it yourself. Review Manager does not post anything to Google on your behalf.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
You may only connect business locations you own or are authorised to manage.
Replies are generated by an AI model. They can contain mistakes, misread the tone of a review, or state things that are not accurate about your business.
You are responsible for what you post. Read every reply before publishing it. Anything you post to Google is your statement, not ours.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Plans start with a 7-day free trial. Your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice by email.
Each plan allows a set number of business locations. If you downgrade below the number you have connected, you keep your existing locations but cannot add more until you are within the limit.
Do not use Review Manager to post content that is false, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users data, or resell access without our written agreement.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Review Manager depends on services we do not control, including Google, our review data provider, and our AI provider. If one of them changes or becomes unavailable, parts of the service may stop working.
Your use of Google Business Profile is governed by Google terms, not ours.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice.
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, reputational harm, or other indirect losses.
You keep ownership of your business information and the replies you publish. You grant us permission to process this data only to provide the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Ontario.
