This policy applies to the Review Manager web application and the Review Manager Chrome extension.
When you create an account we store your account identifier and email address, handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.
When you connect a business we store its name, address, and public Google Place ID, along with the publicly visible reviews we retrieve for it: reviewer name, star rating, review text and date.
We store the reply drafts generated for you, any edits you make to them, and your brand voice settings. If you subscribe, our payment provider Stripe handles your card details. We never see or store card numbers.
The extension runs only on business.google.com. It does not run on any other website.
When you click Post to Google in the web app, your reply is passed to the extension through the page address. The extension reads it, finds the matching review on your Google Business dashboard, and fills it into the reply box. The reply is then removed from the address bar.
The extension can also read your clipboard, but only at the moment you press its button, and only to paste that text into the reply box.
The extension sends no data anywhere. It has no server of its own, collects no analytics, and stores nothing on your device.
Clerk for sign-in. Supabase for our database. SerpAPI to retrieve publicly available Google reviews. Anthropic to generate reply drafts. Stripe for payments. Resend for email. Vercel for hosting.
Review text is sent to Anthropic to generate a draft reply. It is not used to train their models.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not post anything to Google on your behalf, and every reply is posted by you, after you have read it.
Removing a location from your dashboard deletes that location and all of its stored reviews and replies. To delete your account entirely, email us and we will remove everything within 30 days.
